What we collect
When you use our enquiry form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, site postcode and the details of your enquiry.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, provide quotations and carry out any work you ask us to do. Our lawful basis is your consent and, where you become a client, the performance of a contract.
Job applications
If you apply for a job, we collect the details in the application form and any CV you email to us. We use them only to assess your application and contact you about it. Applications from unsuccessful candidates are deleted within 6 months of the role being filled, unless you ask us to keep your details on file for future roles.
Who we share it with
Enquiries are delivered to our inbox through a form processing service (Web3Forms). We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We may share details with our own staff and, where needed to deliver your work, with trusted suppliers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as required for contractual, tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing apbs@apbs.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address.
