Plumber

About the role

We are looking for a Plumber to carry out responsive plumbing repairs and planned works across Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas, working alongside our multi trade and carpentry teams. Most work is in occupied homes and client buildings, so you will deal directly with customers, tenants, housing association staff, care home teams and school facilities staff, and represent APBS professionally on every job.

What you will do

• Leaks, taps, WCs, basins, baths, showers and waste pipes
• Bathroom and kitchen plumbing, including level access showers and adaptations
• Void property plumbing checks and repairs
• Associated making good and general repairs where needed
• Working safely and keeping customers informed throughout the job

What you need

• Proven experience as a plumber, ideally in repairs and maintenance
• Relevant plumbing qualification (for example NVQ Level 2) or equivalent experience
• Good customer service when working in occupied properties
• Full UK driving licence
